Steven Mackesy

President

Steve carries the designations of CMCA and AMS and is also a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Pool Contractor. He has over 25 years of experience in managing Associations in the State of Florida.

Janette Mackesy

Vice President

Janette brings 30+ years of experience managing Associations in the State of Florida. Janette carries the designation of CMCA and has been a licensed CAM since 1985. She also handles the financial reporting for FCAM.

Nikki handles the duties of Human Resources. She also has over 20 years Customer Service experience.

Ruthann joins our staff with 10 years of management experience including engineering and project management. Her most recent experience includes 4 years working for a property management company here in Southwest Florida. She assists with day to day operations for the Associations while providing valuable support to the Managers.

Kathleen is an administrative assistant to Linda Costello. Kathleen moved to sunny Southwest Florida from New York, where she spent eleven years serving on her New York condo board as a Director and President.  She is a former high school teacher. Kathleen attained her Florida CAM license and is currently Property Manager Assistant for 16 associations.

Joann has over 30 years combined accounting and business management experience. Joann performs bank reconciliations and produces financial statements for her association accounting portfolio. She also works with the approval process for association sales and leases.
